We also schedule regular property inspections to identify any potential issues and take necessary actions to address them. As the owner’s stand-in, we act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing their concerns, and resolving disputes or conflicts that may arise. If a guest needs to make a request or lodge a complaint, they report to the manager – not you. The manager may handle the issue directly.
Guests get frustrated with owners who are slow at responding to maintenance issues. Having a professional jack-of-all-trades onsite to take care of these issues as they arise is vital. It could be anything from broken appliances to unwanted pests or wildlife in the unit, the quicker we handle these issues the quicker a guest could get back to enjoying the unit.
We can provide concierge services for your guests, for example grocery shopping prior to guest arrival, private chef, in-home massage therapy and spa services, book excursions, meal reservations and daily or scheduled maid services to name a few.
Aside from check-in and check-out inspections, we perform regular, routine inspections periodically (Inside and outside) on a predefined schedule looking for repair needs, safety hazards, code violations, etc. We use these inspections to send the owner periodic reports on the .condition of the property.
When a unit becomes vacant, we coordinate a deep cleaning, repairs, and any needed refreshes to the space before the next guest. Our team inspects for potential damages, manages inventory and restocks items (toiletries, paper goods and essential pantry items), and provides laundry services to efficiently reset each property for the next guest.
We oversee the operations of the real estate assets on the owner’s behalf. We will ensure that guests comply with rental agreements, rules, and regulations, and will enforce these terms when necessary.
