We are Linden and Jennifer, the founders of CoolDigz. We believe in creating one-of-a-kind spaces that inspire while finding the coolest products that help define today’s luxury. Our style focuses on seamlessly blending the old with the new in an interesting way. Our business combines three great offerings: Improving your property with technology solutions, curating all the best decor to create a luxurious space and making these amazing properties available for your next great stay, vacation or otherwise.
Our story grew from a lifelong passion for all things real estate and home decor. From fixing up old homes to adding the latest tech to make sure it is completely efficient. We love creating the best spaces using unique, one-of-a-kind items. We started CoolDigz after our first home renovation in 2016, we decided it was time to renovate and make this our home instead of our house. We hired an architect to help us maximize our living space and budget and then hired a general contractor to help bring our vision to life. Less than halfway through the project we became the GC ourselves. It was our version of being bitten by the bug.
The renovation exceeded our expectations but it was definitely a labor of love. Living through a renovation is not for the faint of heart. There were many inconveniences and challenges including having no kitchen for a while and mopping and cleaning almost every night to maintain a semi-clean space to live in. During our journey we decided to help others create the very same kind of space while making them available to renters.
CoolDigz is made up of two words, Cool – can be used to express approval or admiration for something. For example, you might say “That house is painted in a really cool color”. Dig(s) – spelled with the letter Z instead of an S is an older informal term meaning a person’s home or living quarters. You might say “Come over to my digs later and we’ll hang out”. Together we think the CoolDigz name and brand represent our commitment to the best spaces.
